Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of the NuScript Health website.
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at nuscripthealth.com (the "Site"), operated by NuScript Health ("NuScript Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About NuScript Health
NuScript Health provides clinical documentation and revenue cycle management services — including medical transcription, scribing, coding, billing, and full revenue cycle management — to hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations. The Site is an informational and marketing resource; it is not itself the delivery mechanism for those services.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the Site.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without authorization.
4. Services and engagements
Any provision of services by NuScript Health is governed by a separate written agreement between NuScript Health and the client organization. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, contract, or guarantee of services, results, reimbursement outcomes, or performance. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to those services.
5. Protected health information and HIPAA
The Site is not intended for the submission or exchange of protected health information ("PHI"). Please do not send PHI through the Site's contact or demo forms. Where NuScript Health handles PHI in the course of delivering services, it does so as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and pursuant to a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") and the applicable services agreement with the covered entity — not under these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, and the NuScript Health name and marks — are owned by or licensed to NuScript Health and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuScript Health and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NuScript Health from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
